Seattle Children's Workday Integrations Architect in Seattle, Washington

Responsibilities:

As a Workday Integrations Lead Architect, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless data flow and system integration within the Seattle Children's Workday environment. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing integration solutions that connect various systems with Workday, enabling efficient HR, finance, supply chain, research, and other business processes. This role requires expertise in Workday, integration technologies, and project management, as you will guide the team in delivering robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions. Your work will directly impact our organization's ability to leverage Workday as a central hub for data and processes, enhancing operational efficiency and data accuracy. Your expertise in Workday, integration technologies, communicating with technical teams as well as leadership skills will be instrumental in optimizing Seattle Children's operations and enabling our workforce to focus on what matters most – fulfilling our mission to provide hope, care and cures to help every child live the healthiest and most fulfilling life possible.

Requirements:

Required Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Certification in Workday and substantial hands-on experience with Workday HCM and Finance modules.

  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing integrations using Workday Studio, Workday Studio XSLT, EIBs, and Workday Web Services.

  • Proficiency in integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware technologies.

  • Exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to lead and prioritize multiple integration projects.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving acumen.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Prior experience in leadership roles and mentoring a team of integration specialists.

  • Familiarity with healthcare data security and compliance standards, such as HIPAA.

Min to Max Hourly Salary: $71.61 - $107.41 /hr

Min to Max Annual Salary: $148,948.80 - $223,412.80 /yr

Salary Information:

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.

Seattle Children’s offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
